Jeremy B. Hoffman was born and raised in a small western Oklahoma town where faith, family values, and hard work helped shape the foundation of his life. As the oldest of three boys, Jeremy learned early the importance of integrity, responsibility, and always striving to make the right choices. The example set by his parents through their dedication to God, family, and community continues to influence the principles he carries today.

Jeremy and Founder Bryan first met in August 1986 while attending church in Clinton, Oklahoma, and they have remained close friends ever since. Known for living by the philosophy, “If you are going to do something, do it right,” Jeremy has built both his personal and professional life around excellence, accountability, and service to others. In addition to serving as an Executive for one of the nation’s leading defense contractors, Jeremy proudly serves as the 2026 Chairman of The You Can Foundation, where he helps guide the organization’s mission of supporting and encouraging young adults, foster youth, and individuals seeking hope, direction, and opportunity for a better future.

Jeremy resides in Edmond, Oklahoma and enjoys spending time with his three daughters and five granddaughters while continuing to dedicate his time and leadership toward strengthening the communities and lives around him.
